Alice Boland (Nee) Wood
Alice was one of four children, she worked in Salford near Manchester as a care assistant, she then
met and marred late husband Tommy. They lived in high raised flats in Salford on the 15th floor
(Paretree Court) for over 40 years.
Alice had two children son Jack and daughter Val (Val Rothwell). Jack was killed in a car crash on
the M6 along with his two children Kelly (7) and Lee (11) 24-08-99.
Alice lost her sight and spent her last 5 year in the care of Lindhurst nursing home Manchester.
She is sadly missed by Daughter Val, son in law John, grand children Darren and Michael, great
granddaughter Ellie and her many friends and family.

I always went to see her in the nursing home and she always kepton swearing as she thought she was at home '
But now she is in heaven i will miss her very much 'god bless nini that i love so much x x x x x x x x
