Guardian Angel
At times when I am feeling sad
and think that no one cares,
I feel the vibrations of your wings
and know that you are here.

I then feel your tender touch
as you enfold me with His Love.
A yearning prayer has come to earth,
sent down from Father above.

I can never deny your presence.
You fill my heart with song.
All sad thoughts simply disappear,
knowing that I am not alone.

You loan me strength when I give out.
And you raise my courage up.
I can face my troubles head-on
Mortal thanks is not enough.

I will live each day I have
in humbleness and in prayer.
With heartfelt words I'll write
and with all others, share.

As you wondered lonley as a cloud
On a warms summer day
With angel wings white as snow
You flew that milky way

You passed by the stars and moon
And away to pastures new
And now heaven as a lovely angel
That angel love is you.

The Lord came to me like a dream one
day and asked, "why do you sorrow?"
I answered, "Lord my life is so full of
pain, I can't face one more tomorrow."
The Lord sat down beside me, and
gently took my hand. He said, "Let me
explain to you and then you'll understand.
Each sorrow is a stepping stone
you must surmount each day,
And every stepping stone you climb
is a sorrow that's passed away.
The road of life is a mountainside,
with crevices in which to be caught,
But as you struggle on your way,
I the Rock, will lend support.
Every stepping stone you climb,
makes spirit and heart grow strong.
Exercising character and faith
this road seems painful and long.
The way is paved with stepping stones,
to uplift your heart and soul,
Though difficult they aid your way,
to a City paved with gold.
I know that you are tired,
for I too have walked this way,
My sorrows did they multiply,
but I cleared many stones away.
I left my rock to lift you up,
I left behind my story.
To give you strength to make your climb,
to that special place in glory.
And never fear, the Rock is here,
You'll never climb this mountain alone
Surmount life's sorrows, continue on,
For they are but stepping stones.
And you'll live on through me.
I'll build a fortress by the sea
where earth can touch the sky!
Where sunlight dances on the leaves
and dreams can never die.
Where peace becomes a promise
and truth man's greatest cause.
I'll stand today, I'll show the way,
and live for those I loved.

found a penny today
Just lying on the ground,
That's not just a penny
This little coin I've found.

Found pennies come from heaven
That's what my grandpa told me
He said angels toss them down
Oh, how I loved that story.

He said when an angel misses you
They toss a penny down
Sometimes just to cheer you up
To make a smile out of your frown.

So don't pass by that penny
When you're feeling blue,
That's a penny from heaven
That an angel's tossed to you.

When tomorrow starts without me,
And I'm not there to see,
If the sun should rise and find your eyes
All filled with tears for me;

I wish so much you wouldn't cry
The way you did today,
While thinking of the many things,
We didn't get to say.

I know how much you love me,
As much as I love you,
And each time that you think of me,
I know you'll miss me too;

But when tomorrow starts without me,
Please try to understand,
That an angel came and called my name,
And took me by the hand,

And said my place was ready,
In heaven far above,
And that I'd have to leave behind
All those I dearly love.

But as I turned to walk away,
A tear fell from my eye
For all my life, I'd always thought,
I didn't want to die.

I had so much to live for,
So much left yet to do,
It seemed almost impossible,
That I was leaving you.


I thought of all the yesterdays,
The good ones and the sad,
I thought of all the love we shared,
And all the fun we had.
If I could relive yesterday,
Just even for a while,
I'd say good-bye and kiss you
And maybe see you smile.

But then I fully realized,
That this could never be,
For emptiness and memories,
Would take the place of me.

And when I thought of worldly things,
I might miss come tomorrow,
I thought of you, and when I did,
My heart was filled with sorrow.

But when I walked through heaven's gates,
I felt so much at home.
When God looked down and smiled at me,

Alice

Alice like a star in the nights sky
Like a rainbow of many colours way up high
Alice a Queen upon a golden throne
Always a friend to them all alone
Alice a raindrop on my window pane
A beatiful dream that appears again
Alice a snowflake on a winters day
A sweet sweet angel passes by our way
Alice in her wonderland way up high
Sleep sweet Alice we never say goodbye
Your everything alice all wrapped in one

Did god need another angel?
or someone he knew would care
someone who always thought of others
and when needed was always there ~~

Did god need another angel?
or someone to be more helpful in heaven above
even though you were treasured here on earth
I guess he noticed your kindness and your love ~~

Did god need another angel?
or someone he knew was worthwhile
someone who shared in his spiritual inspirations
and someone with an awesome smile ~~

I guess god watched you from heaven
and chose someone he knew was special
as i've cried to god in anger
why did you need another angel? ~~

The answer hit me and it's quite simple
for now i'm no longer saddened
becaise god DID need another angel
.....But he also needed a friend ~~
