somewhere very peaceful that is full of light and Love
That special place is Heaven, where you're free to laugh and roam
it was your time to go there so the angels took you home
And though you're in our thoughts each day throughout the year
at special times like Christmas we all Wish you could be here
Now you're in a better place,your soul is laid to rest
safe with all the Angels for they only take the best.

It was dear ladies like you that made this world
The place that it is today
Full of fun and laughter and love
A heart that could make rain go away.

You filled the hearts of many a folk
With love right to the end
Always there to lend a hand
To your family and friends

You raised them well, the very best
They were proud to call you mum, and nan
Alice god only made one mould of you
When your journey in life began.

You were the diamond that shone the brightest
Worth more than money and gold
But all of us know dear alice
That one day you would grow old.

And now in death, you still touch hearts
Because you were surely one of a kind
There will never be another dear alice
Not in my life or any mankind.

MUM YOU KNOW JUST HOW MUCH I AM MISSING YOU TOO
I JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW HOW MUCH I LOVE YOU
NEVER A MOMENT GOES BY WITHOUT YOU ON MY MIND
THANKYOU FOR ALL THE WONDERFUL MEMORIES YOU LEFT BEHIND

YOU KNOW THAT I AM AT A LOSS WHAT I SHOULD DO
NOW THAT YOU ARE NO LONGER WITH US I CANNOT ASK YOU
I PRAY FOR THE ANSWERS BUT THEY ARE NOT THERE
YOU SHOWED ME HOW TO LOVE AND HOW TO CARE

I KNOW THAT YOU WILL SEND ME A SIGN FROM ABOVE
